Merscom, Lifetime TV & Elephant Ranges (developers of Lost in the City) make team to leave a play based on Wisegal, the telefilm on the life of Patty Montanari, a mother only difficulty which becomes implied in the organized crime. In the play, the player takes the role of Patty Montanari in a history which acts like one following film. Patty Montanari becomes mixed-up with the Maffia after the death of her husband with l' support of his/her son. Fearing l' influence of the “family” on her children, Patty flees towards Florida to start again. When his/her Nino son goes back to Brooklyn, in mysterious circumstances, Patty must face a life qu' she believed to have escaped.
